This Earing 3.5mm (4-Segment) Headset Y-Cord connects two 3.5mm headsets to a single 3.5mm (4-Segment) phone jack to perform agent training, supervisory, coaching, multi-users on one call. This connector allows both users to hear the caller and only trainee can speak with the caller.  If you prefer to have both participant being able to speak. Please use Earing 35P-35A without Mute-Training Cord instead.

Note: You will need to use this item in conjunction with two 3.5mm (4-Segment) Mini Plug headsets.
