This is a BEAUTIFUL ring holder/trinket dish designed by Cynthia Rowley and made in China.  The dish is made of brass and is painted with an AMAZING swirl blue enamel paint.  The design in the dish is reminiscent of butterflies.  There is an 8-point star at the top of the shaft with a small cross in the middle.  It is shaped sort of like an umbrella.  The dish is 4.75 inches in diameter and 4 inches tall at the shaft.  This is in AMAZING EXCELLENT CONDITION!  There are no condition issues to the enamel or the brass.  It's gorgeous!
