This late PS3 release is brand new and factory sealed. It is the UK PAL region (English language) version.
The factory seal is perfectly intact and in lovely condition.

As with all of the things I sell, I package properly with suitable packaging that best ensures that what you receive arrives as pictured. 
Please do not make offers or ask what my best price may be as I look to price things fairly based on actual eBay sold prices commensurate with condition. I do send out offers to people who are watching things I am selling from time to time :)
