RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Buyers may only request for return and refund in the following circumstances:

1. The item has not been received by the buyer;

2. The item was defective and/or damaged upon delivery;

3. The buyer received an item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g., wrong size, colour, etc.);


Buyers have to ensure that the returned item is unused and returned in its original packaging with all items such as styrofoam, remote control, warranty card etc.


WARRANTY POLICY

Standard warranty period is 1 year, starting from the order date. Our warranty only covers the original factory defects. If the item shows original factory defects (e.g., lines, dots, etc.) within the warranty period, the buyer can ship the item back to us for repair. We will charge a certain amount of repair fees if the item is misused or damaged by an external factor (e.g., lightning strike, external force impact, etc.).


For warranty claims, the buyer has to make sure the item was in original packaging and covered by insurance upon delivery. The buyer has to file a claim with the courier company if the item was damaged upon delivery.
