This is a vintage child's white satin insulated coat.
white satin with an insulating layer of cotton flannel;
lace trimmed collar; smocking at top; three button closure; wide cuffs
when laid flat:

sleeve length from armpit 4 1/2"
total length 16"
Very good condition--no rips, no tears;
some minor staining with a few tiny holes on one cuff as shown.
