1837 William IV
STERLING SILVER
SERVING TONGS
A very nice and substantial pair of sterling
silver sugar
nips that are well and truly
large enough

use as ice
tongs or serving food like
asparagus, olives, pickles etc.
Fully hallmarked for London 1837.
Makers mark for:
William Eaton
Flatware Specialist
He certainly keeps his reputation with
this pair of sugar tongs.
Old English letter T engraved at
end.
They are nicely balanced in your hand
and big enough to not be the least
bit 'fiddly' when using hence why
they would be great for serving any
type of small nibbly.
CONDITION
In excellent original used but not abused
condition with
no damage or dings.
Part of the hallmark is a little rubbed.
DIMENSIONS
The measure approx 14.5 cm (5 3/4")
long
They weigh = 49.2 grams
