LEGO FRIENDS: Friendship House (41340) 100% complete, box & instructions.

This pre-loved set is from a smoke and pet free home. The set is complete with all parts in very good condition and full working order. Parts are bagged up into 6 labelled bags to match the order in the instructions. There is an additional gold fire fighters pole. The instructions are used and has some wear (see pic). Box is used with corners showing wear and tear (see pic).

This is a super fun set for fans of Lego Friends; the set is now retired / discontinued. The Friendship House is a four floor converted Fire Station with spinning pole, ladders, slide and working pulley hook. The perfect base from which the friends can plan their secret missions. Set includes:

* Olivia, Emma and Andrea mini-doll figures, plus Dash the dog, Rumble the hamster and Cinnamon the bunny figures.

* Features garage, kitchen, living area, bedroom, roof terrace, performance terrace, side balcony with barbecue, mailbox, plus a friendship tree with swing and a bicycle with trailer and loads more.
