The Setting
You're cast in the role of Morgan Bernhardt, a warrior-for-hire caught up in the cataclysmic events that unfold around you as the Horned Rat, Demon God Incarnate, turns upon the Empire and reaches out to blight mankind. At your command are the most skilled and loyal armies the Empire's gold can hire-and gold it will take to fuel your swordarm.
Warhammer: Shadow of the Horned Rat weaves an intricate plot of deceit and treachery, honour and valour, action and intrigue, as you are caught in a momentous quest to protect the Empire against the forces of evil. You'll encounter extraordinary creatures during your struggles, as the consequences of your actions and their effects on the unfolding story become clear.

The Action Battles play out in real time, in a richly detailed and realistic 3D environment, giving you the freedom to analyse battle situations, administer orders to units, and shape events as they happen. The world view, composed of 360-degree, rotating, scrolling landscapes, lets you locate your troops anywhere on the battlefield and give them their orders. Change your mind in mid-stream and you can instantly deliver new commands. Thousands of Softimage(TM)-rendered sprites, viewable from eight directions, realistically depict your faithful forces-as well as those of the hated enemy.
Powerful wizards tap into the Winds of Magic, casting mighty spells against the enemy or aiding your comrades. Watch their power unfold on-screen. Their success, as well as the success of your armies, rests on your strategies. This is a game of bold generalship, of masterful strategy, and of calculated risks in the face of fearsome armies of foul bestial creatures.

COMPATIBILITY
This game was designed for Windows 95 and will probably also work on a later OS, but you need to check on the game forums to find out for certain BEFORE you purchase this game. Unfortunately I'm not a compatibility expert, so I won't be able to help you.
This is a genuine PAL region PC game. I never sell fakes or copies. It will work on any computer in the world with the right set-up.
Refunds will not be given for compatibility problems. It is down to the buyer to ensure that this game will work on their console.



POSTING YOUR ITEM
I visit the Post Office 6 days a week (barring Bank Holidays). As long as you pay for your item before 9am your item will be posted on the same day. Free UK postage is by 2nd class post.
Europe and the Rest of the World postage is by Airmail.
2nd class post and Airmail post do not include a tracking number.
I always obtain proof of postage in the unlikely event that your package goes missing.
Free UK delivery usually takes 1-3 working days and International delivery usually takes 3-7 working days, barring mail strikes, closed airports, delays in customs etc.
