Vintage 1980s Care Bears Musical Wall Decor

Turn the moon on the belly to play Brahms Lullaby.  This works but in my opinion the music seems to play slow.

The nose is scuffed.   Please review pictures carefully for any other possible condition issues not specifically noted.
