I have a Butterick pattern #B 6573 that features a Victorian / Steampunk / equestrian jackets. The pattern contains instructions and patterns to make the following:

• Lined, double-breasted jackets have two-piece sleeve with gathers, back pleats, and shaped hemline, wrong side of fabric and lining will show.  B, D: Contrast collar and front facing (lapels).

It is a men's sizes 46, 48, 50 and 52.  This is a brand new, uncut pattern.  It is from a smoke-free home and shipping is free in the U.S.  Please check my other listings - I have many other patterns and will be glad to discount multiple purchases.
