We want you to be completely satisfied with your FlexiSpot purchase, and we strive to provide expert guidance to help you choose the best possible products for your needs. We also understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t quite fit. That is why we make returns easy.
Please send us an email with your return request along with the order number included. Also, please let us know the reason for your return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
General information for all returns
- All items must be returned in their original factory packaging and in “like new” condition.
- Items returned in other than “like new” condition will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.
- Returns are processed and credited within 7 to 10 days of receipt.
- Returned items are subject to inspection prior to issuing a refund.
- You’ll be responsible for shipping the products to the return address provided with the RMA number.
- All returned items must be disassembled and repackaged as they were originally received. Items not returned in this condition may be subject to additional fees.
- We strongly suggest using a traceable and insurable shipping method when making your return. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
30-day risk-free policy
- You are free to return any item within 30 days of receipt.
- A 30-day risk-free policy applies to all items.
- No restocking fee is applied for items returned in “like new” condition.
- No shipping fee is applied for the return of the item.
- The 30-day risk-free policy is only for orders within the continental Australia.
Return after 30 days of receipt
You are also free to return any item after 30 days of receipt. In this case, we offer two return options:
Option A:
The total cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
A 10 percent restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all opened products.
Option B:
No shipping fee is applied.
A 15 percent restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all opened products.
Returns for orders that used Affirm as the payment method:
Orders made with Affirm will be refunded through Affirm once the return has been confirmed.Any interest accrued on orders purchased through Affirm is non-refundable.
What's Not Returnable / Refundable? (*)
- Bulk orders of more than three items - We do not accept returns on bulk orders. For this reason, we suggest that you order just one item to test before placing an order for more than three of any one item.
- Special Order items (Items that are made to order).
- The shipping fee by the customer paid for premium shipping service.
- Clearance and re-sale products with original package.

- No installation services will be refunded for a return, and disassembly is not a service that we provide.
This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Only consumers purchasing FlexiSpot products from authorized FlexiSpot retailers or resellers may benefit from our limited warranty.

All height adjustable desks purchased on or after April 1, 2022 include a limited, non-transferable warranty. We hereby cover all FlexiSpot height adjustable desks for a period of:

10 years: all metal and mechanical parts and components, including motors and electrical components of
FlexiSpot Standing Desk E2
FlexiSpot Standing Desk E5
5 years: all metal and mechanical parts and components, including motors and electrical components of all other height adjustable desk except for E2, E5, E7, and E8.
Desktop
All Bamboo desktops purchased on or after April 1, 2022, include a 5-year warranty.
All Chipboard, Fiberboard, Solid wood and Solid wood texture desktops purchased on or after October 5, 2016, include a 2-year warranty.
FlexiSpot Sit-Stand Desktop Workstations
FlexiSpot Sit-Stand Desk Converters have a 5-year warranty for the frame and desktop. And a 3-year warranty for the gas spring system and other mechanisms.
Desk Bikes
All desk bikes purchased on or after October 5, 2016, include a 1-year warranty.
Chairs
The warranty periods for different models of FlexiSpot chairs vary, and there are also differences in the warranty durations for individual chair components (ranging from 3 to 10 years). You can find specific information in the product description.
Adjustable bed frame
All FlexiSpot adjustable bed frame purchased on or after November 2, 2021, include a 10-year warranty for the frame, 5-year warranty for the motor, and 2-year warranty for the adapter, remote and control box.
Monitor Mounts
All monitor mounts purchased on or after October 5, 2016, include a 3-year warranty for the arms, gas spring system, and mechanisms.
Coverage Exceptions
Our limited warranty does not cover any problem caused by:
Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
Conditions, malfunctions, or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or alteration.
Conditions, malfunctions, or damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions and guidelines relating to the product’s intended use.
*Our limited warranty is void if a product is returned with removed, damaged, or tampered labels or any alterations (including removal of any component or external cover).
Replacement of Defective Products
FlexiSpot will replace (at no charge to you) the defective parts on any of our products when the defect is due to improper workmanship and/or material.
If FlexiSpot is unable to provide a replacement product, and repair is not practical or cannot be completed promptly, FlexiSpot may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product.
Shipping Cost of Replacement
In the rare event that your FlexiSpot product is defective, we will provide you with a replacement item shipped at no cost to you within the continental Australia.
We use AU Post or Allied Express to ship replacement products, but expedited shipping is available if you pay the additional expense. If you would like to have a replacement product shipped to an address outside the continental Australia, you must pay the shipping costs.

Filing a claim for warranty service is quick and easy. Simply contact customer service via toll-free at 855-585-5618.

Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Damages
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties (including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) shall be limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Flexispot shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or revenue, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even if FlexiSpot has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty or the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
Governing Law & State Law
This Warranty is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction.
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to territory.

We offer FREE shipping within the main continent of Australia for most products. Most of our in-stock orders are shipped out in 1-2 business days. Delivery time within Australia is 3-6 days. Shipping time may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
