How to use the products: 

Step 1: Coat your upper and lower lashes with #1 GEL 10-15 strokes by brushing from the base to the top of your lashes

Step 2: Carefully open #2 FIBER and apply 4-10 strokes to your lashes while they are still wet. Allow fibers to set for 20 seconds

Step 3: Apply 10 -15 strokes of #GEL, coating your lashes and setting the fibers in place 

The formula in the products is CRUELTY FREE, paraben free, hypoallergenic.
