I do not see any rips, tears, or holes

Snaps are still attached strongly

There does look like some light yellowing around the neckline

I can't be sure of era, but the RN number does date back to 1961.

Please double check all measurements if needed, as sizing standards have changed over time as well as this is preowned and may have had some shrinking with wash.
