Albert Fennell RISE Figurine Collection is part of The Duncan Royale Signature Series Collection 10 1/2" in Height Limited Edition, Low Number 0383 of 5,000. This figurine is in near excellent condition because of the two small rub lines on on arm (see last photo). 

This figurine is called "Rise", is numbered 383/5000 and has a certificate of authorization. It has  beautiful colors of blue, golden yellow, pink, dark magenta, green and brown on the dress in multiple geometric designs. The colors on the flowing dress cover are black with gold edging and has triangles on it in gold. She is holding up her hair with both hands and appears to be meditating. She has blue and purple flowers in her hair and she is wearing a gold tone, three layer necklace. She also has five gold bangles on her wrist. Her nails are painted dark red.
