Rod Hamilton has been an avid fly fisher for fifty years chasing salmon, trout and steelhead from his home base in British Columbia, Canada during the summer and flats species in the tropics during the winter. In addition to his books and online outlets he contributes to a variety of industry magazines.Born and Raised in Vail, Colorado, Rhett Schober has spent most of his life in the pursuit of his greatest passion, fly fishing. He first came to the Yucatan on a college scholarship to study the Mayan Indians in the central Yucatan. However, the Yucatan was calling out to him and he moved down to Akumal, Mexico where he now lives, fishes and works.
