How to Use it?
1.Download the Proper APP ,recommended APP " Torque" or "DashCommand "
2.Open the Bluetooth and Connect " OBDII " in Bluetooth setting. 
3.Plug it in the OBDII port of car.
4.Turn on the car engine.
