            *For used miniatures, no matter how hard we try to package the minis, they are prone to break during shipments. We will carefully package them to ensure they reach you safe and sound.

We can accept NEW & Unopened products within 14 days from the DAY of the tracking number shows "Delivered".

Return cost will be paid by the buyer.

All returned products will be checked thoroughly.

For USED minis and other products:

  Due to the conditions of the items, we will not be accpeting returns for the type of item.
