1. Remove outer shell using steel knife.
2. Remove hard shell in the middle of the coconut using steel knife, to reveal the white young coconut meat approx. 1 inch around it. It will be the starting point.
3. Remove top hard-shell using coconut knife. Slightly insert the coconut knife upward between the hard shell and the coconut meat to separate them until the top hard-shell is totally removed. Do not push too much to safe the coconut knife.
4. Similar to above, remove bottom hard-shell using coconut knife. Slightly insert the coconut knife downward between the hard shell and the coconut meat to separate them until the bottom hard-shell is totally removed. Hold the coconut upside down and let
it sit on the container, i.e. plate, blow
