Texas Instruments TI-83 Plus Graphing Calculator WO/Cover Tested But Speckled

The screen of the calculator has some spots stuck even when the device is off. It does work apart from that as shown on the screen it still takes numbers.
Batteries not included. The battery section has some wear.
