Includes base mount and top cover (Hardware included: 4x M5 x 20mm Stainless steel countersunk bolts with nylon lock nuts and washers)

Does not include Anderson plugs or wiring.

The lip or groove on the top cover sits inside the groove of the base to prevent water ingress. For an added level of security, a very thin bead of silicone can be applied to this groove to create a silicone gasket between the two pieces.

Dimensions:

Double: H 23mm x W 120mm x L110mm (Check Store for Double Anderson Plug Mount)

Install: Decide on your install location and scribe the rectangle cut outs, 4 main bolt holes and the Anderson plug (M3/M4) mounting points on the base plate to the mounting surface.

Drill all holes and cut out within marked areas for electrical cable.

Install base plate with small amount of silicon on the mounting surface. 

Either put the Anderson plug through the hole or run your cabling, push the Anderson plug into the exterior mount (grooves line up with plug). Line up the locating groves on the base plate and cover and simply bolt the 4x screws through into the canopy/mounting surface. Do not overtighten the bolts. 

Alternatively, the base plate is designed such that you can secure the base plate and Anderson plugs to the mounting surface first, then place the cover over the top and bolt down.

This product is 3D printed and will have visible layer lines from the Manufacturing process. These can be sanded and painted; however, it is not required.
