Warranty/Repair
These earbuds come with 1 year Seller warranty. The models that are imported from Europe & are European or UK version have 2 Year Manufacturing Warranty from Samsung. The warranty covers manufacturing faults only. If your item has manufacturing fault, please drop us email with your Name eBay ID and Order no, we will proceed from there.
Returns
In case if you wish to return the phone, please return within 30 days. Full refunds will only be issued if the item is either faulty or still sealed in the condition as it was sent to you.
About Invoice
Please note that we don't include paper invoice with the item. Please feel free to contact us if you need an electronic invoice.
Packaging
The product is first fully bubble wrapped and then sent out in the plastic envelope. So it is very rare that you receive a damaged box/item. On rare occasions just the box from outside can get damaged, not by our side, by the courier service but the buds not likely to get damaged as they are protected by manuals in the box.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch either the same day if ordered by 11am or dispatch it the next working day if ordered after. The items can be dispatched from any of our warehouses in London, Manchester or Derby.
For shipping to UK & Ireland, we send it through Royal Mail 1st class signed for, which normally takes 1-2 working days but please allow a day extra as couriers can be delayed as well due to unforeseen circumstances. Some phones come with a Free Guaranteed Special Day Next Day Delivery Before 1pm. In the case your item does not come with a free next day delivery and if you require your phone urgent, for just £2.75 extra, we can even send through Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery Guaranteed before 1pm if ordered before 12am; you would be enjoying your new earbuds before 1pm the very next day.
For shipping to Europe, we send by DHL Express, it takes 5~7 working days including handling time - contact us for charges.
