A direct box is an essential audio tool both on stage and in the recording studio. The Mackie MDB series allows you to send any instrument to your mixing system with low noise and clear sound. We have four models available to choose from depending on your application. Both provide high-quality Mackie sound cultivated with analog mixers. Furthermore, it has a casing that is as sturdy as a tank, so it is safe even if it gets stepped on on stage. High-quality sound from acoustic guitars to laptops can be safely sent to PA systems.

We have four models available to choose from depending on the instrument and sound source you use. Please use the MDB-1P for acoustic guitars and the MDB-2P for synthesizers and keyboards.

The MDB-1A will be the best match for high-output instruments equipped with active pickups and preamps.
