Payment must be received within 7 days or item will be re-listed and a non paying bidder claim will be made. You will also be added to my blocked buyer list.

Items will be sent within 3 working days of receiving payment.

The P+P price added is not just to cover the cost of postage but also includes full insurance, packing and handling costs. Please note that you agree to these costs when bidding.

If an item is lost in the post you will get a refund (excluding P+P), this will be given once the lost in post claim has been processed by Royal Mail

If an item arrives not as described, you must contact me within 7 days to arrange return of item. If the item is returned in the condition it was sent, I will offer a FULL REFUND (Please note this excludes any batteries sold within units or sold separately, please class these as SOLD AS SEEN. This also excludes any compatibility problems with OS, software drivers or region issues. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check compatibility with their system before purchase)

PLEASE BE AWARE: This is a used electrical item, it has been tested for functionality only, it has not been tested for electrical safety. If you have any concerns with this then it is your responsibility to get it professionally safety tested prior to use. Subsequently, If it is deemed faulty a full refund will be provided

Please check your item ASAP as once the 7 day period has passed any refund will be refused.

All buyers must contact me before leaving negative feedback or low DSR scores as I am very happy to solve any issues.
