Postage;
- All items will be dispatched via royal mail 48 hour tracked free of charge within 24 hours of receipt of order. If you require your item faster then please select either 24hr tracked or guaranteed next day at checkout
- All items are dispatched within 24hours of order Sunday - Thursday, items ordered on Friday & Saturday will be dispatched the following Monday
- Please note where ever possible we always recycle / re-use our packaging when dispatching our items
- If you are looking to purchase more than 1 item please feel free to ask for a combined postage quote before purchase
- If your parcel is damaged on arrival, this must be notified to us with in 24hours of receipt along with photos of the damage in order that we can make a valid claim.
Returns;
- For peace of mind we accept returns with-in 30 days of purchase. All returns must be notified prior to sending stating the reason for return. All items must be returned at buyers expense in unused, re-saleable condition in its original packaging. For items that are in tamper evident packaging, this must also be intact or only a partial refund maybe given. Items will be inspected upon receipt and a refund issued within 24 hours.
- In the unfortunate event that an item is received damaged in the post then we will refund the potage costs as well with in 24hours of receipt of the returned item.
