This takes 3 size D batteries and one 9V Battery.

The sounds all work well.   It can do gun fire, and different siren sounds.

When I first tried the lights, they didn't work. (but the sounds did)   I changed batteries and the lights worked too.    A little while later, I turned it on to show someone and the lights didn't work again (sounds still did).   I don't know if they will work or not for you or if someone with ability to play with it can make it good.   

The box is pitiful.   The top of the box doesn't have sides and is falling apart.   The reason I am sending it is so that it can be identified for it's era and the features of the car.
