This Pampered Chef mandolin is a handy tool for slicing potatoes or apples… the only blade included with this one is the V slicer, but it is great for slicing for fried potatoes/onion. There is a metal stand that folds up into the mandolin for easy storage. The blade does not open until you run the safety slide over it, that way you don’t clip off the end of your finger!
