Your purchase is custom made to order and not off the shelf please appreciate that.  

For those who message me to say this custom made to order items are expensive and the shipping is too much!

Here is a little breakdown… firstly when you come to Chillidesigns you are not just purchasing an item off the shelf that gets thrown into a box you are paying for a service of a custom printed to order gift that is hand made for each purchase with care and attention…

We print your chosen design on to special “paper” using special “ink” that is designed for the process then attach it to your “mug” using “heat tape” which then goes into our heat press (this uses electric which as you know has increased)  

When the mug is removed it then goes through a cooling process and inspected before packaging into a protective bag which then is inserted into a gift box and then transferred into the smash proof box that is used for transport to ensure your item is delivered safely whilst in transport.  

All boxes are wrapped with fragile tape then postage label applied.

We agree postage is expensive and wish we could send items cheaper unfortunately Royal Mail set the prices we pay £2.85 small parcel, we are left with £0.65p the cost of the gift box inside the smash proof box that has the fragile tape with the printed address label, then we take your item to the post office. All of which costs money.

Delivery dates are only an estimate and sometimes take a little longer than expected, Chillidesigns has no control over the Royal Mail service, and we share your frustration at late deliveries as we aim to provide a quick hassle-free service.  

Please also take into consideration the process time it takes us from start to finish.
