An ORIGINAL 20cm by 13cm Expenses Receipt from Tottenham Hotspur FC dated 2nd July ( Year is not stated but would be 1926 ) COMPLETED and HAND SIGNED by former Player Bert Bliss as shown.

Bert Bliss played for Tottenham Hotspur from 1912 until 1922 when he moved to Clapton Orient. During his time at Spurs he was part of the 1921 FA Cup winning side. Details of his career after Football are unclear but as far as I can tell he was in a position to help Tottenham financially and this receipt is for the sum of £10 seemingly repaid to him by the Club.

This would make a great addition to any Football collection having originally been among a collection of vintage Tottenham Hotspur paperwork & ephemera I acquired some years ago at a major Sports Memorabilia auction

There are the punch holes to the top edge and some minor outer edge ageing but overall as per the scans generally very good condition.
