Plant Information:

Geranium can be propagated at any time with no need to wait for a particular time of year.

Geranium plant cuttings take root very well and don’t need any herbicide or fungicide. Simply stick your cutting in a pot of warm, damp, sterile potting soil. Water thoroughly and place the pot in a bright location out of direct sunlight. Don’t cover the pot, as geranium plant cuttings are prone to rotting. Water the pot whenever the soil feels dry. After just a week or two, your geranium plant cuttings should have taken root.

You also can propagate the cutting in water by placing the cuttings in a jar of water in bright but not in direct sunlight.

They are suit in containers, hanging baskets, garden beds, and borders. They do best in full sun to part shade, and bloom all summer when spent blooms are removed.

• Size: Height 14-16” x Spread 14-16”
• Zone 9-11: Hardy to - 40°F 
• Water when soil is completely dry. (Best to water in the morning)
• When planting in ground, mix with planting compost. 
• Fertilize every 1-2 weeks.
