Corner bump /scuff at top of head band, minimal. Light wear at front of seam to cover, see photo, minimal. Front end papers have tiny stain mark at top edge, see photo. A few pages were found to have hand written letters written next to notes, almost looked like it was part of the printing. Otherwise, all pages clean and intact, looks good!
