cotton fabric. Featuring a curved
pad that is stuffed, this has ties
that fasten at the waist and a ruffled
peplum. The long drape is made
of cotton gauze. An authentic
vintage item circa late 1800’s, this
foundation garment is what keeps
your Victorian skirt bustle round
and full. Extraordinary!
In very good condition, this has a
few age spots, and minor fray
on the waist ties. Fully functional!
