1.Does it come with a power adapter?

The product is not equipped with a power adapter, because the specifications of the plug in the US and EU are different, and the manufacturer cannot standardize the standard. The 5V power adapter can be used on this Bluetooth adapter.

2.Why is there no audio after successful pairing?

The operation of the product is a little complicated:

(1) Please make sure that TX and RX modes are selected correctly;

(2) Please make sure that the AUX and optical audio cables are inserted correctly;

(3) Please change the audio format to Optical or PCM/Stereo when connect your TV with Optical cable. Different TVs may have different settings.

(4) If you have other technical questions, we will reply you within 24 hours.

3.Why does the product support aptX Low Latency, but there is still a delay?

If your Bluetooth headphone / Bluetooth speaker supports aptX Low Latency (aptX LL), you can enjey better experience which is synchronized between the sound and video screen. If your Bluetooth headphone/Bluetooth speaker doesn't support aptX Low Latency (aptX LL). you may feel the lip sync delay between the sound and video screen.
