2. Media (records, tapes, CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray, VHS, LaserDisc, and video games), is graded according to the Goldmine standard. However, this is not the same as professional appraisal. All grading is informal. Please Google the Goldmine standard, as eBay does not allow direct links in descriptions. I do not grade books, magazines, or comics.

3. Items are usually shipped on the following business day. Any orders received after 8PM may take two business days to ship. If there is any unexpected delay, I will contact you and let you know.

4. I do accept returns provided the item is returned to me in the same condition it was sent. I do not offer partial refunds. I am not responsible for shipping damage or items lost after they’ve been marked delivered. If an item is lost in transit I’ll do what I can to help track it down. If the item cannot be found and it is not delivered, I’ll issue a refund after 30 days from purchase. I do not accept international returns.
