Description
The dial bore gauge offers - an accurate method of measuring a bore, or detecting a taper or ovality
Calibration - The dial bore gauge must be calibrated to a known size and will indicate the deviation from that size by a maximum of 1mm
A set of spacer rings and anvils are included with the bore gauge
The anvils are used to set the measuring range to within 1mm of the desired bore to be measured or produced
An outside micrometer, setting ring or slip gauges can be used to calibrate the bore gauge
The bore gauge has a knurled locknut to secure the anvils and spacers
There is a sprung loaded guide used to centralize the two measuring contact points to the bore
At the opposite end of the gauge there is a heat insulating handle with a split collet and knurled locking ring to secure the dial indicator
Included with the bore gauge - Probe body, dial indicator, 9 anvils, 1 spacer rings, storage case and instructions
Measuring Range - 10 to 18mm
