An absolutely gorgeous Aesthetic Movement tile, probably produced in the late 1880s or early 1890s. The basics:

A pretty arrangement of arum lilies and fronds set against a creamy white background and within a key pattern border. This is one of the most popular Victorian tile designs, for good reason! It is a beautiful and graceful representation of arum lilies (often confused with calla lilies, but they are not the same).

This particular tile is in excellent condition and does not appear to have been used.  Great manufacturing quality, the glaze has very high brilliance and shows the colors off to their best effect. There are a couple of very small edge abrasions and the usual slight manufacturing flaws, and the glaze has a minor surface abrasion and slight crazing on one side; these are all captured in the photos.

Please review photographs carefully as I try to represent all of the information I give above visually.  I pack very carefully and track all packages to make sure they reach their destination. Feel free to each out with any questions, and thank you for looking!  I will be listing more tiles in the coming days.
