The famous Knuckleballer Tom Candiotti is pictured  here with his 1984 Topps rookie card from the Milwaukee Brewers.  Like many knuckleballers, Candiotti was able to last a long time in the majors and throw thousands of innings.  His rookie card is by far the most valuable of all the cards you can find and Topps is still the best.  Tom Candiotti went on to play for the Cleveland Indians, Toronto Blue Jays, Oakland A's, and Los Angeles Dodgers.  He won more than 150 games and struck out more than 1,700 batters.  All told, he threw over 2,700 innings, an impressive accomplishment.  Tom Candiotti's Topps rookie card pictured above will show his minor league stats and his first season of numbers with the Brewers.  After retirement, Tom Candiotti became a broadcaster and commentator for the Arizona Diamondbacks.  He has almost worked in the booth as like ng as he pitched on the mound.
