This is a family heirloom that is ready to be enjoyed by another, since I'm downsizing!  In the 1960's, our baby sitter started a wonderful annual tradition of taking us to a fancy department store to buy a special Christmas ornament.  This Italian hand blown glass ornament was purchased from either Capwell's or The City of Paris or The Emporium, in San Francisco or Oakland.
