This is a  Telco Motion-ettes Motionettes Of Christmas 23" Mrs Clause. Her arms and head move as they should without any excessive noise. Candle also lights proper. There is one small hot glue spot on the bottom of her dress.  Animation Works Great.         

Shipping will be either USPS or UPS depending on location.
