Engraving Information

Engraving can be done on the Front and Rear as requested, engraving will be centred and easy to read. We may move the text details around on the tag to ensure the best fit and the text is as Large as possible

Recommended engraving is 3 Lines Of 10 Characters Max per line - Name, Phone Number or shortened Address (House Number, Road and Postcode) is recommended, but the choice is yours.

If you go over the recommended count then the text becomes smaller, and harder to read.

Please remember to tell us your engraving instructions.

Please leave this information in the box at the top of the listing. Alternatively this can be left in the "note to seller" box when you go through the check out process.

If you have any trouble with either of those, please send via eBay messages.

Most importantly Please remember to double check your spelling and phone numbers before submitting them to us.

We copy and paste engraving information to the machine as much as possible, so please only type your engraving information how you would like it engraved.

We can do some abbreviation on address lines such as ''St. in Place of Street and Rd in Place of Road.'' Instead if necessary.

If after you have submitted your engraving information to us, you notice a error, please contact us straight away via email to correct this before it is to late.

Once engraved mistakes cannot be corrected.

We do not accept returns on personalised items that are misspelled UNLESS the fault is ours, in which case we will do a replacement straight away.

Shipping:

We always aim for same day dispatch on all orders received and paid before 2pm, Monday to Friday.

All orders received during weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

For UK orders, we use Royal Mail 2nd class for the majority of shipments. For higher value or heavy items, we use Yodel for economy shipping or an alternative courier for express deliveries.

For overseas orders, we typically use Royal Mail Airmail, or courier shipping for high value bulky items.

Economy courier deliveries typically take 3-5 working days. Express courier varies, depending on the service used.

Shipments to Europe are normally received within 7 working days, but can vary depending on the destination country, and load on the postal system. Please allow 20 working days before contacting us if there is a problem.

Shipments to the rest of the world can take 7-14 days, depending on the destination country. Please allow 20 working days before contacting us with an issue.
