United Kingdom Mainland: We strive to deliver products within 1-2 working days (Mon - Friday 9am - 6.00pm) after payment has been received. We do not deliver on bank holidays . All item sent via express delivery.  

All items subject to 1 day (24 hours) dispatch time / order before 1pm for sameday dispatch.

If parcel did not arrive on time please give us 2-5 working days it delay be many reasons including christmas holidays.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Customer responsible for return cost unless wrong or faulty item supplied.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours of arrival) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we?ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you?ll be automatically refunded within 10 business days.
