This set was bought new assembled once and then displayed in a smoke free pet friendly home.
Set Comes with 3 Instruction Manuals (Very Good Condition slight wear), 3 Minifigures, and 3 Vehicles.
This set has some of the more sturdy and well built vehicles in 6 stud wide format.

BOOK 1 (part 1) Motorcycle officer with yellow cone and police gate with 2 blue 1x1 round translucent plates. Motorbike is white with dark blue accents, uses translucent cheese wedges for front light (yellow) brake (red) sirens (blue) has minifigure accessory of black walkie-talkie and light blue grey handcuffs that clip on back of back. Stickers are appropriately placed and show no signs of peeling of fading. Minifigure that goes with this is CTY0357.
BOOK 2 (part 2) Instructions of assembling the SUV driven by Chase McCain. SUV is built in white and dark blue bricks with dark blue grey accents. Back of SUV opens up for storage area where extra handcuffs and walkie-talkies can be kept. The cab of the SUV is wider than the standard LEGO cars as it is detailed with a stick shift manual and a red coffee cup on the dash (see pics). Stickers are appropriately placed and show no signs of peeling of fading. Minifigure that goes with this is CTY0356.
**The license plate on the SUV is also a game code - not sure what game or if it can still be used**
BOOK 3 (part 3) Crooks vehicle in red with black accents, comes with 3 1x2 green '100' LEGO tiles and 1 1x2 gold tile (gold bar) and a tank tread pieces that are to be used as a spike strip for playability. Minifigure CTY0358 goes with this vehicle
