Rare sealed / unplayed copy of this alternative classic.  Shrink-wrap is tight with no loose spots or tears.  J-Card/Artwork looks great!  No store stickers whatsoever.  Probably the closest you can get to a 10/10 rating.  Price is high, yes I know, but sealed SST cassettes are next to impossible to find now.

I will send this cassette in a carboard BOX with plenty of protective padding.
