Talbots Petite Skirt Suit Sz 10, nubby tweed fabric, black and white.wool/nylon blend.  Skirt is about knee length or lower, depending on your height. Skirt also has a ruffle at the hem.  The jacket has a 3 button closure, deep vee collared neckline and long sleeves.  Both pieces are lined.  Beautiful!
