Hello! This is a vintage 1980's AmToy Plsuh with Clip-on hands of a Hot Dog Character, called "Frank E Footer" with legs, wearing sneakers

CONDITION NOTES:


Unfortuneately his body is made of that fabric that tends to deteroirate/flake with age....so he is missing some of his design

I've tried to include several detailed pictures to give a clear view

Flaws, but still a fun item!
