It appears well used, though it seems to still be in good condition.  Tow hitch only.  Does not include a ball mount.  The hole for the ball mount is 3/4" in diameter.

This REESE Towpower standard ball mount has an 2-1/2 inch drop and a 2 inch rise.  It is designed for towing lighter loads up to 3500 lb. and is ideal for tow vehicles that do not require a large drop or high rise to properly align the trailer to the tow vehicle.  Suitable for 1-1/4 x 1-1/4 inch square receiver openings.
