Alder, Fender's classic tonewood known for its punch and clarity, delivers a balanced tone from low to high.
■ROAD WORN Lacquer & Relic
It features a Road Worn lacquer finish that reproduces the scratches and wear of Mike's beloved original Stratocaster.
Specifications that would normally not exist in this price range. The ultra-thin coating brings out all the wood tones.
■9.5” radius/rosewood fingerboard
A comfortable 9.5-inch radius fingerboard allows for easy playing and smooth bending, and a slab rosewood fingerboard adds warmth to your tone.
■SLIM “C” neck profile
The early 60's Oval "C" neck profile, inspired by Mike's treasured 1960 Stratocaster, provides comfortable playability.
■Custom Mike McCready Vintage-Style Pickups
Custom-voiced pickups to recreate the vintage pickups of Mike's 1960 Stratocaster. Provides punch and bell tones to get the microphone's famous tone.
