Vintage Brentleigh Ware Butter Dish 'Beech' Pattern Hand Sculpted. 

A quaint Brentleigh Ware butter dish, a blend of tableware with art pottery, 

it features a hand moulded leaf pattern on the base and lid, 

with unusual almost abstract hand painted detail around the edges. 

Features the Brentleigh ware backstamp and pattern name 'Beech'. 

Measures approximately 15.5 x 12 x 8.5 cm's (6.1 x 4.75 x 3.3"). 

Piece is in very good condition, 

the base being hand sculpted is a little uneven and wobbles, 

general surface crazing of the glaze commensurate with age, 

otherwise excellent, as shown in the pictures.
