Warranty
All new items purchased from HQSing carry a full
1-year manufacturer warranty (please contact the manufacturer directly for
terms and conditions of product warranties if the product is not HQsing brand).
Most b-stock, used, and open-box items carry a
limited or full manufacturer warranty.
Shipping
We provide free shipping on most items via UPS
within the continental United States.
Most orders will require a customer's signature upon
delivery.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional
shipping fee. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories,
and international shipping is available for an additional shipping fee. The shipping
cost will be calculated based on your order and the extra shipping cost will be
taken after the order is placed.
To ensure the quickest turnaround time, please
contact us BEFORE placing an order that needs expedited shipping, for orders
shipping internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US
territories.
Please note, we cannot ship to PO boxes or to APOs.
Return
Most items are returnable for a refund or
replacement within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same
conditions that they were shipped. This includes all original packaging,
accessories, and documentation. After 30 days, HQSing cannot accept the return,
however, most items carry a full manufacturer warranty that covers product
defects.
HQsing must be notified of all shipping damage
within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return or replacement. Photos
may be requested for damaged items prior to the RMA Approval.
Items that are not returned in the condition they
were delivered are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items returned for
discretionary reasons (i.e. buyer's remorse, wrong item purchased, the product
didn?t work for customer?s needs, etc.) may also be subject to a restocking fee
of up to 15%. HQSing reserves the right to deduct the cost of shipping from the
refund. Items that do not have the original packaging cannot be accepted for
return.
