The game is sealed. The seal itself has some wear and tear, with a chunk of it missing from the front, and having tears in the front right corner and the back right corner. The seal in the front top left corner also has a circle imprinted from a label sticker that was previously on it. The seal also has light surface scratches on it and a few medium surface scratches.
