About the Pictures:

The pictures are taken by ourselves ,when we take the pictures ,there are some practical applications making the photo different from what you get are the same time ,as we make more guitars at same time ,every guitar can't 100% same ,pictures showed guitar just one of them ,so if you want actual pictures please let me know .If you mind ,the pictures not listing showed ,please don't order it ,thank you !

Our Guarantee:

We test every guitar (such as buzzing, sound test, workmanship) before it is shipped out in order to make sure it`s in good condition. But from china to your country need time ,when you get it need readjustment the strings , If you have a problem, or are not happy with our guitar, please let us know immediately when you received it.  We will try our best to meet you satisfaction.

Shipping:

Usually parcel will be shipped out via USPS and China Post, because it will take you much less, we will provide you with the tracking number so you can conveniently monitor the shipments progress on it`s website.

Custom :

Our pricing does not include customs duties.  But do not worry, we can provide an invoice with a very low value, you may need to pay little or no customs duties.  About the duties, Please consult your local customs before purchasing our products.

Return Policy:

We will offer you full refunds only the item you received is different with the description, please return it within 3 days after you received it, and keep it good condition!  After we receive the item, i will give you Full-Refunds or exchange, but we won `t pay return the shipping cost if not our guitar quality question ..  Please read the RETURN POLICY before you order it!
